4. Prices and Payments

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

We accept payments through Wix Payments, PayPal, and Stripe, all of which are handled securely through encrypted channels.
Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been received in full.

In the event of a pricing error, Monarch Cards reserves the right to cancel or adjust an order before dispatch.

5. Preorders

Preorder items will ship on or shortly after their official release date.
By placing a preorder, you agree to the following terms:

Payment is taken immediately upon checkout.
Preorders can be cancelled before dispatch, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Once dispatched, preorder sales are final.
Release dates are subject to change by the manufacturer.

6. Delivery and Shipping

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected. Monarch Cards is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or incomplete delivery information.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

However, due to the collectible nature of our products, sealed Pokémon TCG and other sealed collectible items cannot be returned or refunded once safely delivered, even if unopened.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact info@monarchcards.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and photos of the product.
We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

Monarch Cards is not liable for:

Loss or damage resulting from misuse of products.
Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our site or services.
Delays or errors caused by third-party couriers, manufacturers, or payment services.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
