Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
During busy periods, product launches, or preorder releases, processing times may be slightly extended.
You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched, including tracking information (where applicable).
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom using trusted couriers such as Royal Mail and Parcelforce.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days after dispatch

Tracked Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch

Next-Day Delivery: Available on select items (order cutoff times apply)
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on order weight, delivery service, and location.
Preorders
Preorder items will ship on or shortly after the official release date, as stated in the product description.
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, we may:

Hold the order and ship everything together once the preorder item releases, or

Ship in-stock items separately upon request (additional postage fees may apply).
Please note:

Preorders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

Release dates are set by the manufacturer and may change without notice.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number (if applicable).
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update once the courier collects your parcel.
Delivery Issues and Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier service disruptions

Weather conditions

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout
If your delivery is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at info@monarchcards.co.uk.
We will liaise with the courier and, once confirmed as undelivered, arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check:

Safe delivery spots (porch, shed, neighbour, etc.)

Whether someone else at your address accepted the parcel
If you still can’t locate your order, please contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date.
We will open an investigation with the courier. Please note that this process can take up to 10 working days.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please email info@monarchcards.co.uk within 48 hours with:

Your order number

Photos of the packaging and damaged item(s)
We will review your claim and offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit at our discretion.
International Shipping
At this time, Monarch Cards primarily ships within the UK.
